SOC 2 Type 1 Certification

Nationwide Skip Experts is excited to announce the successful completion of the Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2 certification. The SOC 2 certification is performed by an independent auditing firm and examines the controls and processes involved in storing, handling, and transmitting data securely.

SOC is an internationally recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Our team pursued this rigorous auditing process because we are dedicated to the highest standards for security, availability, confidentiality and processing integrity controls in the skip tracing and repossession industry.

Awarded after weeks of auditing and observation to ensure compliance to the highest standards, the certification is built on the framework of five Trust Services Principles:

o Security: The system is protected, both logically and physically, against unauthorized access

o Availability: The system is available for operation and use as committed or agreed to

o Confidentiality: Information designated “confidential” is protected as committed or agreed

o Privacy: The service organization’s privacy policies and practices o Common criteria to all in-scope trust services principles.

The successful completion of this voluntary engagement illustrates Nationwide Skip Experts commitment to maintain the highest level of service and security for our client’s confidential information.
